Welcome to Take My Hand For Healing (“Take My Hand,” “Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We’ve been advised to put these legaleze terms here for everyone’s benefit.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website located at https://www.takemyhandforhealing.com and any related services, including free Devotionals, membership features, reading progress tracking, and email/text reminders (collectively, the free “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1.  About Our Ministry

Take My Hand is a Christian ministry offering free Devotionals, biblical encouragement, and Spirit-led reflections to help people know and grow closer to God. Our content is provided for spiritual encouragement and personal edification only. It is not intended as professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for pastoral care.

2.  Free Membership

  • You may create a free account using a valid email address and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Forgotten passwords can be reset through the standard “Forgot Password” process.
     

3. Reading Progress & Next Post Feature

  • When you are logged in, the system tracks the last Devotional you have visited.
  • The system uses this data to help you continue your Devotional journey.
  • You should be taken to your last Devotional next time you log in.
  • You may receive email reminders for newly added and unread posts.
  • You can delete your reading progress or close your account by emailing me at TeriJoyMinistry@gmail.com.
     

4. Intellectual Property

All Devotionals, writings, images, and other content on this Website are protected by copyright and are the property of Take My Hand Ministry. You may read and share individual posts for personal, non-commercial, faith-based use only, provided you include proper attribution and a link back to the original post. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use our content without Teri Joy’s written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Post or share content that is hateful, abusive, obscene, or contrary to Christian values
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or harvest content

  • We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, or personal outcome from reading our devotionals.
